Lapdancing clubs must re-new licences

Lap-dancing club owners claim thousand of jobs could be lost if a tough new licensing regime comes into force.
The Government's set to introduce sex establishment licences in April, that will need to renewed annually.
Two sites in York will be effected, Ziggys and Bohemia both based on Micklegate.
John Lacy's the City of York Council's Licencing Chief, he says residents will be able to oppose the club's applications.
