North Yorkshire Police's misconduct claims.

6:17am 8th December 2010

North Yorkshire Police's Deputy Chief Constable has appeared at a professional standards meeting.

Adam Briggs is accused of misconduct during a recruitment drive last February.

The case against Adam Brigg has been upheld - with the Police Authority deciding he'll receive management advice.

Now we can't reveal the finer details at this time as Cheif Constable Graham Maxwell is still due to attend a hearing for simular allegations.

It's claimed both men assisted relatives during February's recruitment drive for the force.

A misconduct hearing for Mr Maxwell wil take place in the near future.
