An admission from the council in York that money's been tight for school developments...
Council Leader Andrew Waller says they're going to honour their promise to complete projects already underway.
He has said though any government grants for investment in schools in the future will still create a shortfall.
An Executive report reveals once increased pupil numbers are factored in, the cash flow will drop by nought-point-six per cent.
