They've escaped a jail sentence and each been given a twelve month community order.
York City footballers Michael Gash and Michael Rankine, along with former team-mate Craig Nelthorpe, have all been sentenced for their involvement in a late-night brawl in the city centre.
It happened back in August 2009; Gash and Nelthorpe pleaded guilty to affray, Rankine to using threatening words or behaviour.
Each will now have to complete a number of hours of unpaid work and pay back £3,400 between them in court costs and £450 of compensation to the victims.
