Postmaster bailed in light of new evidence

A North Yorkshire postmaster, accused of killing his wife, is set to be released on bail.
Robin Garbutt's trial was due to start on Monday (4th October 2010) but will now be held in several months time.
He's been given bail because new evidence has come to light.
Diana Garbutt was found dead in the flat above Melsonby Post Office near Richmond in March.
