Nearly 4 hundred residents in North Yorkshire have made a complaint against the police force in the last 12 months.
They mostly concerned, officers are failing to do their job properly or being rude and impolite.
But the force has improved on the year before, with stats down by 3 percent and they have the highest rate in the country for resolving them.
Superintendant Lewis Raw, who's the Head of Complaints and Profession Standards, says it's still not good enough and is determined the force will improve even more next year.
