The English weightlifting squad's in York competing for the last time before they head out to Delhi for the Commonwealth Games...
Today's the start of the Tri Nations competition - with athletes from Norway, Sweden and Britain going head-to-head.
They're competing against the Scottish Commonwealth squad, male and female, in a final fun out for both the full teams before they set off. These are the strongest Olmpic athletes in the UK and across the squads expect to pick up gold medals.
Amongst the teams will be athletes who'll be competing at the London 2010 Olympics.
The tri-nations is an annual competition and for its centenary of the national sports governing body has brought it to York because of its strong historic Scandinavian connections
