Assisted suicide guidelines clarified
5:41am 23rd September 2009

The Director of Public Prosecutions will publish guidelines - stating when people are likely to be prosecuted for helping a loved one die.
It follows years of Yorkshire MS sufferer Debbie Purdy campaigning for clearer laws.
She wants to make sure her husband won't be prosecuted for travelling abroad with her where she'll be able to die, if her condition gets worse.
