Children in York need more protection

11 to 17 year olds are not being protected enough.
That's the finding a recent study, compiled with the help of researchers at York University.
They've found teenagers struggle to build relationships with people they can talk to, if they are being abused or mistreated.
Using more mentors in secondary schools and producing a young person's guide to being abused, are the recommendations.
