Tough times ahead for people on low incomes

It's getting harder for people on low incomes to meet a minimum standard of living.
The Joseph Rowntree Foundation in York claims, unless you earn at least £14,400 a year you'll stuggle to cover your daily household bills.
A couple with two children will need to have a combined salary of £29,200 to make ends meet.
