Stephen Entwistle, who was based at RAF Leeming collasped and died in February from a heart attack while on exercise at a shooting range in Catterick .
A coroner's ruled it was natural causes but has criticised the RAF in how they keep records. He believes was unclear if help was given to Sergeant Entwistle after failing his fitness test twice.
