Chainsaw attack on charity bin

Two men, suspected of using a chainsaw to steal clothing from charity bins, have been arrested in Harrogate.

The pair, aged 25 and 32, are both from Leeds.

Police say there was suspicious damage to a charity bin belonging to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

The men were arrested on suspicion of theft and remanded in custody to appear in court tomorrow.
