Legal high M-Cat will be made illegal

A legal drug, blamed for the deaths of three people in recent weeks,will be banned.
The Home Secreatry made the announcement yesterday - a week after Lois Waters died in Norton after taking the party drug.
Alan Johnson revealed that the drug is likely to be banned as a class B drug by the end of April.
It is a plant food, also known as "miaow miaow", and has been linked to the deaths of a number of young people.
Only last week Lois Waters in Norton died after taking the drug. We don't know yet if mephadrone was to blame but she had taken it within the 48 hours before she died.
