M-Cat death in Norton

A stark warning from police about the dangers of using Mephedrone after the unexplained death of a 24 year old woman in Norton.
The victim had been found by a friend just after 9am this morning.
They called the police.
Detectives are now investigating the circumstances of the death, but it's believed the legal high M-Cat is the cause.
A post mortem will be held in the next few days.
Detective Chief Inspector Nigel Costello of Malton CID's told Minster FM "we would like to warn people about the use of the drug and its potentially lethal consequences."
