CCTV Released After Thirteen Pairs of Wellies Stolen from York Garden Centre

Police are investigating after 13 pairs of wellington boots were stolen from a garden centre in York.

At around 1.30pm on Sunday 16 November 2014, two men and woman entered Poppleton Garden Centre and stole the Hunter boots along with three pairs of socks.

The boots and socks are worth £1293.

Officers have released an image of a man and a woman who they would like to trace in connection with the investigation and are urging anyone who can help to identify them to come forward.

Anyone who can help officers with their enquiries is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 – select option 2 – and ask for PC Martin Scott or York police.
