Suspected Pickering Road Rage Ends in Claims of Street Fight

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information following a road rage incident in Pickering.

The incident happened on the A169 Whitby Road, at 3.30pm on Friday 3 October 2014, between the drivers of a Ford Transit van and a White Citroen DS3.

The two men, one aged 27 and the other aged 44, ended up fighting in the road.

The 27-year-old man, who is from Hull, has been arrested by police and has been released on bail following questioning.

Officers are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
