York Biker Killed on North Yorkshire Road Named

North Yorkshire Police can now release the identity of the biker who died in a road traffic collision near Horton in Ribblesdale on Monday 22 September 2014.
He has been named as Martin John Young, aged 48 and from York.
The other motorcyclist involved in the collision has been released from hospital following treatment for a broken collar bone.
Officers are still seeking witnesses to the collision and are urging anyone who saw the two bikers on the B6479 prior to the collision which occurred at around 5.35pm, to get in touch.
Anyone who can help officers with their enquiries is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 – select option 2 – and ask for Traffic Constable Martin Mulcaster.
