Rogue builder to be sentenced
5:52am 25th February 2010
A rouge builder from Selby, who demanded over £75,000 from his victims, is due to be sentenced later.
Darryl Glynn pleaded guilty back in October to 21 theft and fraud offences.
Trading standards say Glynn's building work ranged from incompetant to positively dangerous.
They began investigating him last February - following complaints that he contacted customers, demanded huge sums of money and then failed to do the work.
Glynn will be sentenced at York Crown Court later.
