Army bomb disposal experts have taken away a live hand grenade found in a garden at Bishopthorpe near York.
They're going to set it off in a safe and controlled environment in a field.
Police received a call at around 2.20pm on Wednesday 10 September 2014 from workmen who unearthed the device while working in a garden at a property on Maclagan Road.
A 100 metre cordon was in place for several hours but has now been lifted.
