Man Knocked Out In Assault In York

The victim, a 33-year-old man from Scotland, sustained a broken nose and a fractured cheekbone when he was attacked on North Street at around 11.35pm on Saturday 12 July 2014.
He was treated for his injuries at York Hospital.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
Officers are particularly interested in speaking to a member of the public who called an ambulance for the injured man and are urging that person to get in touch.
