4:05pm 14th July 2014
Malton & Norton Rotary Club’s Posh Pop-Up Shop in Market Street has been so popular it will now trade an extra week, finishing on Saturday 26th July.
The charity shop, which is based in Fitzwilliam Malton Estate’s ‘pop-up’ shop in 12 Market Street, has attracted many customers who can chose from a selection of clothes, bric-a-brac, children’s items and much more.
Paul Prichard, spokesperson for Malton & Norton Rotary, said: “We are delighted to be staying for a bit longer in 12 Market Street, which means our last day of ‘trading’ will be Saturday 26th July.
“We’ve had a busy few weeks, with customers buying the top quality products which have been so generously donated.
“We would like to thank the Estate for allowing us to extend our stay.”
Tobias Burckhardt, Surveyor with the Estate, said: “The ‘pop-up’ shop has certainly proven to be a worthwhile location for Malton & Norton Rotary for their annual charity shop.
“Well done to the Rotary Club for making their annual venture a great success so far this year.”
