Anne McIntosh MP for Thirsk, Malton and Filey and Chairman of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee will lead a debate on the Implementation of Common Agricultural Policy reform and the budgetary implications in the House of Commons today, Monday 7th July.
