More money to fund recycling in York

The council splashing nearly half a million pounds on recycling boxes in York, to try and make the service more efficent.
Instead of one box and a loads of bags every household will soon have three separate boxes.
It's to make the sorting system easier for refuse collectors therefore using less man-hours and less money.
However some residents say "it'll just clutter up the pavements even more".
