Horse Dentist Tools Stolen in Staxton

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a theft from car that occurred in Staxton Village.

It happened on Wains Lane between 2pm on 5 January and 8am on 6 January 2014, when thieves entered a blue Skoda estate and stole equestrian dentistry tools, an Ipad and a metal detector from the vehicle. 

Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the break-in or has any other information which could help the police investigation to get in touch.

Police advice to motorists is never leave valuables in an unattended vehicle. Always remove them, lock the vehicle and if you have an alarm or garage, be sure to use them.
