Small doctors' surgeries in the North Yorkshire countryside could close from April.
It's as the government's pulled funding which guarantees a minimum amount of cash for family doctors but says it is looking at alternatives.
But Jim Clark who chairs the health committee on the county council is still worried about the impact.
