Two Men Appear in Court Accused of Kirkbymoorside ATM Theft

Two men have appeared in court accused of carrying out a raid on a cash point in Kirkbymoorside last July.
Jason Mawson has been charged with the theft of a forklift truck and trailer as well as the theft of an ATM.
The 44 year old from Crook in County Durham is appearing in court with his alleged accomplice John Henry Corrigan.
The 26 year old from Durham city is jointly charged with Mawson over the forklift truck theft and also has been charged with the theft of an ATM and cash.
Both men have been bailed to appear at York Crown Court later this month.
