Selby Police Search for Teenager After Car Damaged

Selby police are appealing for two vital witnesses to come forward after an act of criminal damage in the town.
It occurred just after 6.30pm on Wednesday 18 December 2013, on Charles Street.
Someone broke off a wing mirror of a red Renault Megane parked at the side of the road.
Two passing cyclists told the owner they had seen the damage being committed. However, they did not leave their details.
The suspect is described as being a white teenage boy, who has a slim build and short brown hair.
PC Lee Smith, of Selby Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “I am asking the cyclists to come forward and contact the police as I believe they will have vital information that could help my enquiry.
“I am also keen to speak to anyone else who witnessed the collision and ask them to get in touch.”
