Selby Police Investigate as JCB Stolen in Whitley

Selby police are investigating after the theft of plant machinery near the town.
A yellow JCB was stolen from Gravelhill Lane, Whitley, between 11.30pm on Monday 23 September and 12.15am on Tuesday 24 September 2013.
Thieves broke into a securely locked compound before stealing the vehicle, which is valued at around £35,000 and has the registration number KX05UFB.
PC Matt Harvey, of Selby Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “If you have seen the JCB since the theft or can help to identify the thieves, I urge you to contact the police straight away.”
