Police Investigate Wombleton Burglary

Malton police are appealing for information about a burglary in Wombleton.
It happened at a property on the outskirts of the village, between 7.30pm on Friday 30 August and 9am on Saturday 31 August 2013.
Police say that the thieves stole a lilac and silver Ifor Williams horsebox and a red Honda TRX 500 quad bike, registration number YJ08XOZ.
PC Paul Storey, of Malton Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “If you know who stole the quad bike and horsebox or have seen them since they were stolen, I urge you to contact the police straight away.
“In particular, I am keen to speak to anyone who may have seen suspicious vehicles in the Wombleton area at the time of the burglary and ask them to get in touch.”
