Search for Three Teenagers After York Racecourse Portaloo Fire

York police are appealing for information to help identify a group of youths following an arson incident in the city.
It occurred at 9.45pm on Thursday 11 July 2013, on the Knavesmire, when a number of portable toilets, used at York racecourse, were set alight, causing around £400 worth of damage.
After the incident a group of three youths in their late teens was seen heading away towards Scarcroft Hill.
The only description is that all three people were wearing grey hoodies.
PC Ben Pepper, of York Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “This is a pointless act of vandalism which has caused inconvenience for racegoers.
“If you have any information that could help with this investigation I ask that you contact the police straight away.”
