The Imperial Ice Stars are delighted to offer a fantastic once in a lifetime opportunity for the budding young Ice Stars of North Yorkshire. On Friday 1st August they are hosting a Ice Master class in the Tented Ice Palace at Castle Howard for level 2 skaters aged 16 and under with some of championship level skaters from the Imperial Ice Stars. Terms & Conditions
- Competition closes at midnight on Friday 1st August
- Age is unimportant , but a minimum of UK bronze (or equivalent) is required
- Maximum age of 16
- The master class is to improve a skaters ability, not to teach them to skate
- Children must have their own boots

The Imperial Ice Stars have achieved international acclaim with their stunning productions of The Sleeping Beauty on Ice and Swan Lake on Ice, which have been enjoyed by over two million people across five continents, from London to Sydney, Toronto to Cape Town and Tokyo to Moscow.
Set to Tchaikovsky’s magnificent score, The Sleeping Beauty on Ice tells the classic fairytale love story through sublime world-class ice dancing, breathtaking high speed lifts and throws, awe inspiring aerial gymnastics, stilt skating and fire effects – all in the intimacy of the Tented Ice Palace.
The thrilling production features a 23-strong cast of Olympic, World, European and National Championship skaters, with choreography by former World Champion and Olympic medallist Ilia Averbukh and award-winning Tony Mercer, widely regarded as the world’s leading creator of theatre on ice.
The Sleeping Beauty on Ice is performed on a 15m x 13m theatre stage with a surface of real ice, complete with full theatrical lighting, lavish sets and more than 100 stunning costumes.
