Discover Leisure Terms and Conditions for "Live In It To Win It" Elddis Avante 505
The prize is a standard Elddis Avante 505 Touring Caravan as supplied ex-works from the manufacturer, in standard fabric option, and as specified in the manufacturers brochure. This includes manufacturers delivery to Discover Leisure, and preparation costs. No cash alternative and not transferable to another person or entity.
There are no additional accessories or equipment included except those as a part of the original brochure specification.
The unit will be collected by the winner and they will be responsible for providing a suitable and appropriate Tow-Car and driver with an appropriate licence, for the MTPLM of the Caravan (1535Kg). The Tow-Car should be C/W Tow-Bar and associated accessories and an additional rear (yellow) number plate [advice given if needs be] OR we will deliver, as a one off, the unit to a suitable location of the winners choice, and within Minster FM's TSA. Responsibility for any site fees, planning permission or land owners consent is the winners responsibility.
Entries will close at 5pm on Sunday 14th March 2010. Contestants will enter the Caravan on Monday 22nd March at 6am until Wednesday 31st March 2010 at 6pm. Any contestants who leave the Competition arena without express permission of the producers for any reason will be deemed to have left the competition. The last person remaining in the Caravan will win. In the event of more than one finalist remaining in the caravan on 31st March 2010 at 6pm then the winner will be decided by a public online vote which will have taken place during the 10 days. The person with the most unique votes will win. Unique votes are defined as 1 vote per person per IP address. Voting will close at 5pm on Wednesday 31st March 2010. Announcement will be at 6pm on Wednesday 31st March 2010.
The winner is responsible for arranging their own insurance cover for the unit before collection or delivery.
Open only to contestants living within Minster FM's TSA aged over 18.
Finalists will be required to sign a disclaimer before taking part.
