MINSTER FM AT THE MALTON COOKERY SCHOOL

We check out this fantastic school for cooks of all abilities

Alex at Malton Cookery School

The Malton Cookery School opened in May 2014 and Minster FM’s Alex Brown returned for the ultimate Christmas dinner cookery lesson.

Across Christmas and throughout 2015 the school brings you a great opportunity to gain new skills and techniques in their dedicated kitchen whilst having a great time with a huge selection of cookery courses and classes.

A host of courses is headed up by Gilly Robinson, a well known demonstrator and cooking tutor, along with guest chefs from the Talbot Hotel and James Martin’s Restaurant, bringing together specialists in their field of food and cooking – yet another reason why Malton is Yorkshire's Food Capital!

Run by the Talbot Hotel, set in an old congregational chapel, the school is a new temple to Yorkshire gastronomy providing family-friendly cooking classes to excite, enthuse and improve cooks of all ages and abilities!
