This year it's the 154th Great Yorkshire Show – England’s premier agricultural show and an annual celebration of farming and rural life.

Minster FM’s Alex Brown, Gareth Webb and the Minster FM Street Team will be there live across the three day show with Askham Bryan College in their Giant Tepee, keeping you up to date with everything that happens across the 250 acre site!

The College for Outdoor Education
16-19 years olds interested in a career outdoors are invited to 'Taster Days' to try the outdoor classroom experience at Askham Bryan College, with 2011 start available.
Askham Bryan College is just off the A64 at the A1237 junction. Askham Bryan offers students the opportunity to develop skills for a variety of outdoor careers that lead to real jobs and employment.
Courses cover all aspects of agriculture, equestrian interests, landscape design, sports turf management, outdoors adventure sport and motor racing mechanics.
Much of the training is in the outdoor classrooms of a working farm with a herd of 250 cows, equestrian centre with over 40 horses and award winning landscape design area.
